Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP)

On July 8, 2009, DHCD received 26 applications requesting $54,735,737 in TCAP funding. DHCD has $31.7 million in TCAP funds and in August announced the award of this TCAP funding to 15 projects. The remaining applicants were placed on a waiting list for TCAP funding. See below for the current status of the projects receiving TCAP awards.
